Established in 2012
Nicola is an experienced massage therapist qualified in Sports Massage, On-Site (Seated) Massage, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Universal Healing.
However, don’t worry about choosing a treatment unless you know specifically what you want. We will do a thorough confidential consultation and assessment. You decide how long you’d like and let me know if there are any areas you’d like me to concentrate on, and I will work to release the problems that I find.
I work intensively using a combination of techniques: we can discuss what is most suitable for you and adapt the treatment to you, using both the massage chair and table. Every treatment is tailored specifically to you, and will vary from person to person, depending on what is needed.
Continuous Professional Development is vital! Currently studying: TMJ therapy (releasing trigger points in the muscles of mastication); Scar Therapy to improve the appearance and help release restrictions caused by scars; and oncology so I can safely work with people with a diagnosis of cancer.
